Dive into high-energy dance training and interactive seminars meticulously designed to uplift, inform, and inspire.
At Rock U, we go beyond dance steps, exploring professional performance scenarios, the nuances of marketing, branding, behavioral economics, personal finances, investing, networking, and a profound examination of your values system and life balance.

Requirements

Must be Adv / Pro level
You must be comfortable in an Advanced and Professional class environment. Able to pick up & retain Advanced level choreography .

3+ yrs commercial dance training
Must have over 3 years experience in Hip Hop, Street jazz, Jazz - choreography classes. Freestyle experience a bonus but not required.

16+ years old
All applicants must be over 16. We have 1 slot for special consideration though will be at the discretion of the application review team.

$50 off if paid by 5/22 which equals $699!
Video Submission Guidelines

NO BLURRY VIDEOS
All videos must have good quality and resolution. Please do not submit videos that are at all grainy, blurry, or have questionable clarity. The clearer it is the better your dancing looks!

Please ensure you are in the front of your video and can clearly be identified. Videos that are shot from far away or where you are blocked in any way will not be considered.

Rock U
ROCK U Weekend Sessions are a collection of 4 separate experiences / weekends:
FRESHMAN
SOPHOMORE
JUNIOR
SENIOR
You can take them over the course of several months or years if you choose, depending on when they’re offered.
Participate in just one weekend, or all 4. However, you must finish one weekend to qualify for the next.
In the curriculum, each session focuses on different and overlapping areas of professional performance, work, and the business of dance.
Each offers a distinct program, building on the lessons and energy of the previous one. It's about not only reaching the next level but exceeding your own expectations, going beyond what you thought possible for yourself.
